Mechanical Design Engineer, Structural Analyst FEA

We are looking for a Structural Analyst to join our Technical Analysis team in Łódź, Poland! In this role, you will work on a variety of engineering projects for our customers. In this role, your main responsibilities include - Structural analysis during design definition and development phases. - Trade off analysis for different design solutions. - Linear and nonlinear structure analysis with the Finite Element Method (FEM). - Analysis and evaluation of structural strength, stability, damage tolerance and fatigue. - Preparation of calculation reports - Providing and reviewing technical documentation. - Presenting and reviewing analysis results. - Technical lead of projects to validate assumptions, results and conclusions What helps you succeed in this role - MSc/BSc degree in engineering - Basic experience in structural analysis - Standard stress methods knowledge - Good team spirit, autonomy, engaged - Problem-solving and communication skills - Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher) An additional asset will be: - Experience with FEM structural analysis software, such as Ansys or similar - Knowledge of Eurocodes - Experience in industry, process and piping structural analysis What we promise you At Elomatic, we design solutions that increase the wellbeing of people and the environment, making our work meaningful every day.
