Georgian Cook (2 positions)

Gastro Hub Oy is looking for two skilled Georgian Cooks to join our kitchen team in Helsinki. We are seeking two experienced Georgian cooks who are passionate about authentic Georgian cuisine and can help us deliver high-quality food and memorable dining experiences to our guests. Main Responsibilities - Preparing authentic Georgian dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards - Making traditional Georgian breads, pastries, and dough-based products such as khachapuri - Preparing meat, poultry, fish, vegetable, and sauce dishes typical of Georgian cuisine - Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standards - Participating in menu development and introducing traditional Georgian recipes - Managing food preparation, storage, and kitchen hygiene in accordance with Finnish regulations - Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations - Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ingredient ordering Requirements - Previous experience as a cook with Georgian cuisine - Strong knowledge of traditional Georgian food preparation methods and recipes - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Understanding of food hygiene and safety requirements - Team-player attitude and willingness to take responsibility - English language skills sufficient for working in an international team - Georgian language skills are considered an advantage - Relevant culinary education is considered an advantage Employment Details - Number of positions: **2** - Location: **Helsinki, Finland** - Employment type: **Full-time** - Start date: **As agreed** - Salary: **According to experience and qualifications**
