Supervisor and Welder

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor & Welder to join industrial and manufacturing environments inFinland. This role combines advanced welding tasks with leadership responsibilities, focusing on quality,reporting, and successful completion of projects (40% of welding tasks and 60% of supervising tasks). Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in welding (MIG/MAG, FCAW or TIG) Previous experience in team leadership or similar role Strong understanding of welding quality standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good leadership and reporting skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility English language skills sufficient for workplace communication Willingness to work in shifts if required At least High-school graduate Job Benefits: Starting salary from 18 €/hour Supportive and professional work culture Relocation assistance provided Starting date: Upon agreement If you have the right skills, please submit your CV and application as soon as possible.
