Application Manager – Team Credits

Do you want to play a key role in developing and managing business-critical applications that support leading financial institutions? We are looking for an experienced **Application Manager (RPG)** to join our **Team Credits** and help shape the future of our credit systems and services. **Your Responsibilities** As an Application Manager, you will: - Be part of a team consisting of Product Owners, Developers, and Product Specialists, with responsibility for developing and maintaining our applications. - Manage applications end-to-end and translate customer needs into feasible technical solutions. - Support application development projects by participating in decision-making and providing guidance to developers. - Ensure that applications meet requirements related to availability, SLAs, security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance. **Who You Are** We are looking for someone who is: - Interested in programming and DevSecOps ways of working. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities and keeping work on track. - Passionate about streamlining processes and routines through a solution-oriented mindset. - Driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership. - Interested in AI-driven ways of working, including the use of AI agents and automation to improve development processes. - Able to understand and view challenges from the customers perspective. - Fluent in spoken and written English. Finnish and/or Swedish are considered an advantage. **Your Experience** We hope that you have experience with: - RPG programming. We work with DB2 in an IBM i5 environment. - Java experience is considered an advantage. - Extensive software development experience, and an interest in understanding of calculations related to credit products and credit risk. - Experience with Spring Boot, Gradle, Oracle/SQL, JUnit, Jenkins/continuous integration, Web Services (SOAP/REST), AWS CloudWatch, Linux/Bash, Splunk, and monitoring tools such as OP5, CloudWatch, or Elastic Cloud. - Experience with JBoss, AWS Fargate, and other programming languages is considered an asset. **Location** Your primary workplace can be located in **Turku, Helsinki, Stockholm, or Mariehamn**. **What We Offer** **We offer you** a fun and challenging workplace in an innovative company where our employees are in focus.
