Indian Cuisine Cook / Catering Chef

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cook to join our team. **Main responsibilities:** - Preparing and cooking daily Indian cuisine buffet for approximately 250–300 people - Preparing a fresh salad bar daily - Preparing and cooking large catering orders for events - Planning weekly meals with a balanced nutritional value - Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness - Working efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment - Working primarily morning shifts and being active and punctual - Driving between two work locations when required **Requirements:** - Minimum **3 years of professional cooking experience** - Experience with Indian cuisine and large-volume cooking - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Good organizational and time-management skills - **Valid driving licence required** - Flexibility to work between two locations
