Procurement Analytics Manager | Mehiläinen | Bucharest or Helsinki

Mehiläinen is Finland's largest private healthcare and social services group, operating across seven European countries. Group Procurement is in the middle of a deliberate shift, away from periodic reports that sit in an inbox until someone opens them and self-service dashboards, toward a live intelligence layer that flags what matters before anyone has to ask. We are looking for someone to help design that shift, not maintain what already exists. The opportunity This role reports to the Head of Procurement Excellence, with visibility that reaches the CPO and CFO from day one. You will work at group level across every category and country we operate in, which means real influence without the overhead of managing a team. What you will build Design and own the group's savings tracking methodology, working directly with FP&A so every number holds up under scrutiny Architect a live view of spend, price, and supplier performance that replaces static reports and dashboards with insights and alerts separating signal from noise and people actually can act on Decide what should trigger an escalation, not just document what already happened, by building the thresholds and exception logic that keep leadership informed without being asked Shape how AI and automation change the way the function measures itself, from spend classification to compliance monitoring Build the sustainability reporting Mehiläinen needs as ESG expectations grow, including CO2 data and supplier risk tracking Take a real seat at the table in Mehiläinen's group procurement technology roadmap, from tool selection through implementation Is this you? You have spent enough years at the intersection of financial controlling, procurement, data, or analytics to have formed your own opinions about how it should be done, whether that came from a controller seat, a reporting role, or something less conventional You have owned a data or reporting problem end to end at least once, from raw numbers to a decision someone else made because of your work You are genuinely curious about where AI and automation are taking procurement and analytics, not as a buzzword but as something you want to build with You can hold your own in a room with the CPO and CFO, translating complex data into something a non-technical leader can act on immediately Professional proficiency in English What we offer You will join Group Procurement at the point where its data and reporting foundation is still being built, with a real mandate to shape it.
