Marketing Intern

**Full-Time or Part-Time Marketing Intern (Paid) Restaurant & Bar Group** Helsinki, Finland We're looking for a proactive and creative full-time Marketing Intern to join our in-house team for a growing restaurant & bar group in Helsinki. This role is ideal for a nearly graduated or newly graduated marketing student seeking hands-on experience and to grow into a full-time marketing role in the hospitality industry. You'll work closely with our team to help shape and execute the marketing direction across multiple restaurant and bar concepts. **What You'll Do** Create and manage marketing & social media content calendars Plan and publish content across social platforms Execute campaigns independently from idea to delivery Coordinate and organise pop-up events and brand collaborations between restaurants and partners Reach out to collaborators, creators, and businesses proactively Help build and strengthen the identity and online presence of our venues **What Were Looking For** Nearly graduated or newly graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Self-driven, organised, and proactive Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation Interest in food, nightlife, hospitality, and culture **Big Advantages** Experience managing social media accounts Photography and/or videography skills Basic editing skills for Reels, TikTok, or short-form content Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools **What We Offer** A paid full-time position based in Helsinki Creative freedom and real responsibility Opportunity to work across multiple restaurant & bar concepts Fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment A chance to build an impressive portfolio with real campaigns and events To apply, send your CV, portfolio/social media work (if available), and a short introduction about yourself to _thealleyrecruitment@gmail.com_
