Electrification Engineer, Hyvinkää

You are offered - A collaborative and encouraging work environment - Lunch deduction benefit - Yearly financial support for academic development - Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite in Hyvinkää - Permanent position at Academic Work - As a consultant at Academic Work, you are offered the chance to extend your network and establish valuable contacts for the future Work tasks The role focuses on the electrification design of specialized customer-specific projects, involving technical documentation, component selection, and cross-functional collaboration within a global supply line. - Design electrifications and control cabinets - Create comprehensive technical documentation, including part lists and drawings - Develop customized solutions for buildings and marine projects - Collaborate with production and customer service operations - Coordinate with international engineering teams to ensure project success - Modify delivery-specific designs based on existing reference libraries - Evaluate material choices and circuit diagrams for specific customer needs We are looking for - Basic knowledge of CAD tools - Understanding of manufacturing processes and methods - Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Finnish - Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Knowledge of electrical components, cables, and protection classes It is meritorious if you have - Technical background in electrification engineering - Experience with Vertex or Eplan software - Basic software or mechanical engineering knowledge - Experience in customer-facing technical roles or sales coordination To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: - Initiative and creative way of working - Good problem solving skills, ability to make logical and fact based decisions - Good communication skills, with customer service mindset - Strong focus on quality   Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
