We are looking for an analytical, commercially minded and proactive Senior Manager, Business Control, Corporate Health
to join Terveystalo's Business Controlling team.
In this role, you will be the finance business partner for Terveystalo's Corporate Health business. As a member of the Corporate Health management team, you will work closely with business leadership to drive profitable growth, challenge decision-making with financial insight and support the execution of our business strategy.
You will combine analytical expertise with commercial understanding to turn financial and operational data into actionable business insights while continuously developing business performance management and business control practices.
The position reports to the VP, Finance and Business Control and works closely with the SVP, Corporate Health. We offer a full-time permanent position.
Your key responsibilities
Partner with the business
- Act as the finance business partner for the Corporate Health management team - Support strategic and commercial decision-making through financial analysis and business insights - Challenge and support business leaders in driving profitable growth and operational performance
Drive business performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly business performance reviews - Monitor business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend corrective actions - Develop business cases supporting commercial initiatives and strategic investments - Define and develop relevant KPIs and performance management practices
Develop ways of working
- Develop customer, product and service profitability analysis to support business decisions - Continuously improve reporting, analytical capabilities and business control processes - Further develop reporting and analytics using Qlik Sense and other finance tools - Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses for senior management and business stakeholders

We hope you bring
- Masters degree in finance, economics, business administration or another relevant field
- Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in business controlling, finance business partnering or management consulting
- Experience partnering with commercial organizations, sales or business leadership
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and business planning skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work effectively in a changing business environment
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
Experience in healthcare or B2B services is considered an advantage.
