Construction Skilled Workers (Sandwich Panel Installers and Interior Construction Workers)

**Mono Rakennus Oy is recruiting 15 experienced construction workers for sandwich panel installation and interiorconstruction works for a Data Center project in the Uusimaa region, Finland.** The project is expected to begin at the **end of September 2026**. Positions and duties: We are looking for workers with experience in one or more of the following areas: **Sandwich panel installation** - Installation of external and internal sandwich panels - Installation of façade and wall panels - Installation of flashings, seals and related components - Measuring, aligning and fixing panels according to drawings - Working with lifting equipment and mobile elevating work platforms **Interior construction and fit-out** - Drywall and plasterboard installation - Installation of suspended ceilings - Installation of insulation and other interior structures - General interior fit-out and finishing works - Reading and following construction drawings Requirements - Previous experience in sandwich panel installation, drywall construction, ceiling installation or other interior construction (fit-out) work - Ability to use common construction tools - Ability to read and follow construction drawings - Good understanding of construction-site safety - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Sufficient English language skills to understand work and safety instructions - Valid residence permit and right to work in Finland - Valid Finnish Occupational Safety Card before starting work Employment details - **Location:** Uusimaa region, Finland - **Estimated starting date:** End of September 2026 - **Number of positions:** 15 - **Working hours:** Full-time - **Employment type:** Fixed-term/project-based employment - **Salary:** According to the applicable Finnish collective agreement and the employees experience How to apply Send your CV to the following email address, and briefly describe your experience in sandwich panel installation or interior construction works. **Email:** info@monorakennus.fi **Subject:** Application – Panel and Interior Construction Worker
