We are looking to hire a detail-oriented **Shipment Coordinator** to join the Logistics, Thrusters -team at Kongsberg Maritime Finland. Your daily tasks include management of project shipment, creating shipping documentation and handling of courier deliveries outside of the projects. The ideal applicant has excellent time management skills, and a strong ability to handle multiple assignments while keeping an attention to detail. We wish you to have good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset as you will be collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders daily. **Responsibilities** - Monitor project shipments - Handle courier deliveries outside projects - Create shipping documentation - Report and monitor missing loose parts - Share upcoming packing work and schedules to packing department **Qualifications and experience** - A minimum of Bachelor´s degree in relevant field - Experience with BaaN ERP-system, BLX, MDM or Planner are considered as an advantage - Strong IT skills - Good spoken and written Finnish and English skills - Good organizational, problem solving, and time management skills **You are able to** - Communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders - Learn quick and handle large scale projects - Work efficiently and in a timely manner while keeping an attention to detail **What we can offer you** With us, you will be offered a competitive salary, good benefit package, flexible work hours and good development opportunities in an international environment.
