Software Developer, Test Automation Developer and Requirement Engineer

Were looking for 3 different roles for our industrial client working with safety critical systems. All roles are expected to start 1.10.2026 and are full time for an initial period of 12 months. Working onsite in Uusimaa region is required for 2-3 days a week. Were expecting client decisions during September. Roles were looking for are Software Developer, Test Automation Developer and Requirement Engineer. Below you can find the requirements for each position. -------------------------------------------- Software Developer – Safety Critical Software Software Developer responsible for implementation and maintenance of embedded safety-critical software, in compliance with defined requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement embedded software features - Maintain existing codebase and support defect fixing - Ensure traceability between requirements and implementation - Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews Required Competence: - Strong experience in embedded SW development (C/C++ preferred) - Understanding of real-time and HW-SW interaction - Familiarity with safety-critical development (e.g., IEC 61508) - Experience in elevator systems or similar safety-critical equipment - Experience with version control and CI/CD workflows -------------------------------------------- Test Automation Developer – Safety Critical Software Test Automation Developer responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests for safety-critical software, ensuring coverage and reliable validation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop automated tests based on requirements - Maintain and execute test suites (regression/integration) - Analyse test results and report defects - Ensure traceability between requirements and tests - Support test environment setup (SIL/HIL) Required Competence: - Experience in test automation - Experience in embedded systems testing - Experience in safety-critical testing - Experience in elevator systems or similar safety-critical industrial systems - Understanding of test lifecycle and defect management - Strong analytical and debugging skills - Experience with version control and CI/CD workflows -------------------------------------------- Requirement Engineer – Safety Critical Software Requirement Engineer responsible for defining and managing safety-critical software requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance with functional safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define, analyze, and maintain SW/system requirements - Ensure traceability (requirements design tests) - Perform impact analysis and support requirement reviews - Maintain high-quality, testable requirement documentation - Support audits and certification activities Required Competence: - Experience in requirement engineering (embedded or safety-critical domain) - Knowledge of IEC 61508 (or similar safety standards) - Experience with requirement management tools - Experience in elevator domain or similar safety-regulated industrial systems - Strong analytical and documentation skills Please apply with your CV in English, clearly showing how you match the requirements and answer to the questions above.
