Plastic Production Worker

Your Responsibilities As a Production Worker, you will participate in the manufacturing of fiberglass-reinforced plastic products. Your daily tasks include handling fiberglass mats, cutting materials according to technical drawings, and accurately fitting them into molds before the production process. Typical responsibilities include: - Stacking and preparing fiberglass mats for production - Cutting fiberglass materials according to drawings using hand tools, such as scissors - Positioning and fitting materials accurately into molds - Following production instructions and quality requirements - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production What We Expect From You - At least three years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry - Experience working with fiberglass or composite materials is considered an advantage - Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions - Careful, accurate, and detail-oriented working style - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team - Finnish or English language skills at a communicative working level, with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
