Kuvaus
You will be working as part of the Customer Care Center (CCC) team of 10 people. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage the entire order-to-delivery chain, from customer order confirmation to delivery and invoicing. You will liaise with customers, sales, carriers and authorities, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time. You will also contribute to the development of CCC, system projects and the introduction of new ways of working. The position is a fixed-term contract for one year.

You are collaborative and have good interpersonal skills, since you will be working across a broad front across the organization. You are willing to invest in your own and the team's development.
* Suitable education, e.g. a business administration degree
* Relevant working experience
* Good communication skills and knowledge of Swedish, Finnish and English
* Good IT skills
* Knowledge of ERP system(s) will be seen asan advantage
