Production coordinator

We are looking for an effective and organised **Production coordinator** to take care of ordering and receiving garments, setting deliveries ready for production, managing inventory and helping management and production in needed tasks. The most important qualities for the position are that the person is effective, organised, careful and always taking care of each task and order all the way to the end. Daily tasks for the position are: - Ordering materials from our suppliers - Organising received goods and making them ready for our production - Making sure each order from our customers is produced and shipped in time Position also includes: - Helping our production when needed - Helping management in other tasks when needed Qualities and experience we are looking for (previous experience is not required): - Interest in garments and fashion - Experience from working in a production environment - Experience from working in a warehouse The position does not require the knowledge of Finnish language, but does require a good knowledge of written and spoken English. The position is full time and working hours are normal office hours.
