**_Granlund_**_is a rapidly growing expert organisation in the real estate and construction sector. Together with our clients and stakeholders, we are building a sustainable and intelligent future. Our more than 1,700 professionals serve across 30 locations throughout Finland._ **Would you be our new Site Supervisor?** As a Site Supervisor, you will represent the client on site and take responsibility for supervising construction activities within your own technical discipline. Your role is to ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, project schedules and safety requirements while acting as the client's eyes and ears throughout the construction phase. Just as importantly, you will serve as the link between the construction site and the wider project organisation. You will communicate real-time information from site helping stakeholders make informed decisions and ensuring issues are identified and resolved early. You will monitor progress, verify completed work, document inspections and testing, escalate deviations and support the successful delivery of large-scale projects. This is a highly site-based role, with nearly all working time spent on construction sites across Finland, primarily in large data centre and infrastructure projects. The role requires willingness to work away from home for extended periods, either through fly-in/fly-out arrangements or by relocating closer to the project site. Accommodation is provided by the employer based on project needs. You will be part of the Construction Management organisation, reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with fellow Site Supervisors, Quality Specialists and multidisciplinary project teams. The position is full-time and permanent role, and you will be employed directly by Granlund. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background in construction, building services, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, infrastructure or another relevant engineering discipline. Previous experience in site supervision is an advantage, but we also welcome experienced site engineers or technical specialists who are ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. You understand construction practices within your own technical discipline and are confident monitoring quality, safety and compliance on site. You are comfortable documenting site activities, communicating observations clearly and working closely with both contractors and project stakeholders. Experience in multidisciplinary construction projects is considered an advantage. As the role is based on active site supervision, you enjoy working in the field and are willing to travel and stay at project locations across Finland when required. As the role requires daily collaboration with both site personnel and the wider project organisation, fluency in both Finnish and English is essential. As a person, you are proactive, well organised and confident communicating with people from different backgrounds. You take ownership of your work, are not afraid to raise concerns related to quality or safety and understand the importance of accurate documentation and timely communication in complex construction projects. **Why join us?** At Granlund, you will work in a company that has been a pioneer in Finnish building services engineering for decades. You will contribute to demanding and large-scale projects such as data centres and industrial environments, where your work truly matters. As one of the leading data centre design and consulting companies in the Nordics, we offer long-term career opportunities in a rapidly growing field, where projects are becoming increasingly significant in scale and impact. You will have strong opportunities to grow and develop your expertise, with career paths that can be shaped around your strengths and interests. We place real emphasis on employee well-being, continuous learning, and a supportive, professional work environment. You will be part of a collaborative and ambitious team where people take ownership, share knowledge, and work together toward common goals. **Interested?** Could you be our new colleague? Please submit your application via the link either in English or Finnish as soon as possible, but no later than 16.8.2026.
