Housekeeper – Breakfast waiter, Arctic Hotel Collection, Rovaniemi, Lapland

Are you the Housekeeper – Breakfast waiter we are looking for? We are now looking for Housekeeper-Breakfast waiter staff for our client, Arctic Hotel Collection, for the winter season 2026–2027! As a Housekeeper, you are a key part of the hotels daily operations and your work has a direct impact on guest comfort and the overall experience. We are looking for someone with an energetic and positive attitude, a proactive approach to work and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. Working hours in housekeeping are offered according to agreement, approximately 60–80 hours / 3 weeks. You can increase your hours by also working breakfast shifts in the restaurant. Oncall work is also possible if that suits your situation better. During breakfast shifts, you will work together with the team to ensure a highquality and pleasant breakfast experience for guests. Your tasks include taking care of the overall appearance of the breakfast buffet, dish handling and clearing tables, as well as assisting in replenishing items in cooperation with the kitchen. You ensure that the breakfast area remains clean, functional and welcoming throughout the service. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or breakfast service is an advantage, but the most important thing is the willingness to learn and to deliver highquality work as part of a team. The fixedterm employment starts by agreement in November and is expected to continue until the end of March 2027. Salary and employment terms follow the collective agreement for hotel, restaurant and leisure services. The employment contract will be concluded between Bondata and the employee. Work will be carried out at two Arctic Hotel Collection properties: Arctic Light Hotel and Arctic City Hotel. The hourly wage is 12,21 €/h - 13,58€/h + allowances in accordance with the collective agreement.
