Were now looking for a Finance & HR Specialist to support our business in a diverse and responsible role. This position is a fixed-term parental leave replacement approximately one year. The position will start in mid- or late August. **What youll be doing** **Finance – keeping the big picture under control** - Accounts payable and receivable - Month-end closing, reconciliations, and investigations - Financial analysis and reporting - Tax-related matters - Understanding of accounting - Acting as the key contact person for accounting **HR – supporting people and managers** - Key user role for Maraplan and HR/recruitment systems - Supporting and coordinating recruitment processes - Assisting managers with employment contracts - Supporting challenging HR situations - Interpreting collective agreements - Acting as the contact point for payroll **What we expect from you** - Relevant degree (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration) - Experience in finance and/or HR tasks - Ability to work independently and manage overall processes - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is considered an advantage **Why join us?** - A versatile role combining finance and HR - Opportunity to work in a growing and developing company - Flexible working model – mainly remote, with occasional team gatherings at our back office - A supportive and down-to-earth team where things get done together **Interested?** Send your application and CV as soon as possible email with title Finance & HR Specialist to work@explorthenorth.se – we will review applications during the process.
