Wilderness Tour Guide-Photographer: Northern Lights hunting, Hiking and Other Day-Time Tours

Lead small groups of up to 8 guests on nighttime tours in search of the Northern Lights, which may involve long-distance travel of up to 6 hours one way. Offer unlimited professional photography throughout each tour. Handle guest pick-up and drop-off, and ensure guests' comfort and safety at all times. Complete independent preparation ahead of each tour. Also lead small groups of up to 8 guests on daytime tours, including hiking, animal farm visits, and similar activities. **Requirements:** - Friendly and communicative customer service skills - A highly professional, "customer first" mindset - Strong problem-solving skills, even under intense or high-pressure circumstances - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules (incl. late night) and tour durations - Ability to work outdoors in cold weather and in remote locations - Good physical condition, with the ability to drive safely under challenging conditions, including long distances, snowy or slippery roads, and darkness - Experience in photography is considered an advantage - Fluency in English - Additional language skills are a plus (Portuguese and/or Korean preferred) Employment duration may differ: 5-8 months.
