Kuvaus
We are seeking an experienced **Nepali & Indian Cuisine Chef** to join our restaurant in Finland. The successful candidate will prepare authentic Nepali dishes, maintain high food quality standards, and work efficiently in a professional kitchen.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Nepali and Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, momos, chowmein, thukpa, dal bhat, and other traditional specialties.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Plan daily food preparation and organize kitchen operations efficiently.
- Monitor food stock, order ingredients, and minimize food waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure all equipment is used safely.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Supervise and cooperate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality food preparation.
**Requirements**
- At least **2–3 years of experience** as a Chef specializing in Nepali and Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and authentic recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
