IT process manager (CMDB)

**We are looking for an IT Process Manager** to strengthen Service Management across Outokumpu IT. You will own and develop the CMDB and CSDM framework, improve data quality and governance, and advance harmonized ITSM processes in a multivendor environment. **Main responsibilities** - Own and continuously develop CMDB and CSDM governance, standards and operating models. - Ensure CMDB data quality, ownership, accountability and lifecycle management. - Drive consistent modelling of services, applications and technology according to CSDM principles. - Monitor CMDB health and CSDM maturity, leading improvements and remediation. - Act as a CMDB and CSDM subject-matter expert for IT and business stakeholders. - Lead selected service management processes, including documentation, implementation, training and continuous improvement. - Promote harmonized ITSM processes and improvements through AI, automation, integrations and better data sources. **Position requirements** - Relevant academic degree or equivalent qualifications. - At least 3–4 years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive hands-on CMDB work and practical CSDM implementation experience. - ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience; knowledge of Scrum or DevOps is an advantage. - Strong analytical, process-design and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix organization. - Fluent English and excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills. **What we offer** - An international, diverse and collaborative working environment - A flexible 50/50 hybrid working model - Competitive salary and benefits (personel fund, ePassi etc.) The position can be based at any main Outokumpu location in Europe.
