Arcto is building the next generation of renewable energy projects across Finland and Sweden—wind, solar, and battery storage—and we believe the teams that will succeed in this decade will be the ones that build their own tools, rather than just buying them off the shelf. That's where you come in. Were looking for someone sharp, curious, and a little bit obsessed with making things work better—to lead the development and rollout of AI-powered tools across our project pipeline. Think contract analysis, land and permitting workflows, market intelligence, and deal screening. Youll be working across our entire group of companies—Arcto.fi, Tuulikarhu.fi, and Aurinkokarhu.fi—gaining exposure to the full scope of how we develop and execute renewable energy projects. You wont just manage a project plan—youll be rolling up your sleeves, building things, testing things, breaking things, and making them better. **This isnt a 5 years of experience required job posting.** Weve hired plenty of people who meet all the criteria. This time, were looking for someone who doesnt quite meet them yet—but who has the intelligence, drive, and creative instinct to grow into one of the most interesting roles in our company. A recent graduate with the right mindset will always come out on top over a run-of-the-mill resume. **You probably have an academic degree** —perhaps in: - Energy or Environmental Engineering - Electrical Engineering - Business law or law - Land Surveying - Business, economics, or a related field But what matters more than your degree is how you think—and how you work with others.
