You will be independently responsible for your own floor and rooms, ensuring cleanliness and high hygiene standards according to Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria. You will work in a multicultural environment, and communication within the work community is mainly in English. The work is physical and requires good tolerance for pressure. What we expect from you? - You must be of legal age (18+). - Flexibility with varying working hours. - Motivation and willingness to commit to quality work. - Good interaction skills, as you will communicate with both the work community and customers. - Sufficient English language skills to ensure safety and quality training. Finnish skills are considered a plus. Earlier experience from cleaning and / or degree is considered a plus but not necessary. Non-EU/EEA applicants must already hold a valid residence/work permit that allows employment in Finland. Salary, working hours, and employment relationship - Employment is temporary and part-time seasonal work. The contract starts on November 23, 2026, and ends on April 4, 2027. The possibility for continuation can be assessed in the spring. - Working hours vary according to occupancy rate approximately 20–30 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday, between 8 AM and 4 PM (08–16). - Salary: In accordance with the collective agreement for the facilities services sector, pay group 3 (13,22 €/h) for housekeeping tasks.
