CHEF WANTED – Indo-Chinese Cuisine

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Chef specializing in Indo-Chinese cuisine** to join our team in Oulu. Requirements - Minimum **5 years of professional experience** in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese dishes. - Strong knowledge of Indo-Chinese recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques. - Experience preparing dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chili Chicken, Schezwan dishes, Momos, and other Indo-Chinese specialties. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes to a high standard. - Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. - Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. - Manage inventory and minimize food waste. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
