E-commerce Specialist

Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and creating an outstanding online shopping experience? We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist to help grow our Finnish online store and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you'll do Manage and update content, banners, products, and brands in our e-shop. Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and discount coupons. Ensure all Finnish content is accurate, localized, and customer-friendly. Support customers by handling inquiries and resolving order-related issues. Plan and send newsletters while helping improve email marketing automation. Monitor e-shop performance and recommend improvements based on data. What we're looking for Native or fluent Finnish with strong English communication skills. Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, or online retail. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
