Interim Lead, Business Intelligence & Analytics

**We are seeking an experienced and driven Interim BI Lead to join our Operational Excellence & Quality team. In this role, you will lead the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI CoE) and act as the central coordination point for BI and AI initiatives. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality, aligned, and impactful analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization.** **Job conditions:** - Fixed-term (maternity substitution) - Part-time (approximately 3 days a week) **Responsibilities:** - Lead and coordinate the BI CoE, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders - Own and drive the BI roadmap, backlog, and resource allocation - Ensure alignment between BI initiatives and business strategy and priorities - Govern the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of BI and AI development requests - Monitor progress of ongoing initiatives and manage dependencies across projects - Ensure consistency, quality, and standardization of reporting, KPIs, and data models - Provide direction, feedback, and support to BI Specialists, Data Engineer and Data Scientist - Drive identification and prioritization of AI and advanced analytics use cases - Ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient data and reporting solutions **Skills & Requirements** **Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data-driven development - Proven experience in leading BI teams or cross-functional initiatives - Solid understanding of BI tools and data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Power BI, cloud environments) - Experience in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and governance processes - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to bridge business and technical needs - Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset - Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Nice to Have:** - Experience with AI/ML use cases in reporting or analytics - Hands-on experience in BI development or data engineering
