Document Controller (Data Center Project), Uusimaa

About the role As a Document Controller, you will support the project organization of a major data center construction project. Your mission is to structure and monitor massive information flows, making sure that critical data is immediately accessible to experts and fully traceable across systems. You are offered - Comprehensive onboarding and support from a global Senior Document Controller - A 2-year fixed-term role in a massive-scale data center construction project in Uusimaa - A role where your contribution directly ensures the smooth execution and success of the project - A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a massive construction project Work tasks Managing, structuring and tracking technical and commercial documentation for a major data center construction project to ensure traceability and efficient information flow. - Manage, structure, and track incoming, outgoing, and internal project documentation - Ensure documentation compliance with regulations and project standards - Organize and monitor project emails to facilitate smooth communication - Support information flow between design partners and key project stakeholders - Utilize and maintain document systems, including SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - Ensure complete traceability of documentation transfers through internal systems We are looking for - Technical degree (e.g., engineering) or other relevant educational background - Prior experience in project document control or managing project documentation - Good understanding of document management and project operations - Proficiency in M365 / MS Office tools - Good knowledge of SharePoint - Fluent English communication skills It is meritorious if you have - Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other project management systems - Good knowledge of Finnish - Prior experience working within a project organization, ideally in large-scale construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: - Supportive - Stress tolerant - Orderly - Responsible Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
