**Spare Part Planner, Waterjets** An exciting opportunity has arisen as a **Spare Part Planner** with us at **Kongsberg Maritime** **in Kokkola**. You will be a Planner in our Global Customer Support division (GCS). The division is responsible for the customer support activities towards installed systems until phase out and removal. You will be a key player in improvement of delivery time to our customers, mitigate risk upon delivery and other supply chain activities. We are looking for an analytical and hands-on planner to improve customer satisfaction by cooperating with our supply chain and sales team to ensure orders are delivered as planned. _This is a great opportunity for either recent graduate or professional to join our Spare Parts team in Waterjets!_ **Key Accountabilities:** - Be a link between procurement, production, and sales to ensure parts and orders are finished in time. - Improve lead times for our orders - Maintenance and continuous improvement of our delivery processes - Represent GCS spares in weekly production meetings. **Qualifications and experience:** - Bachelors degree in Logistics, Finance or Engineering - Oral and written communication skills in English, Finnish and Swedish is seen as an advantage. - It is considered an advantage if you have experience with: - Infor Baan ERP or Dynamics 365 - Excel, SQL **You are able to:** - Identify commercial opportunities and you have a positive impact on business growth and profitability - Use a methodical and systematic approach and plan ahead - Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way - Co-operate well with others, share knowledge and support others in the pursuit of team goals - Act on your own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results **What we can offer you** With us, you will be offered a competitive salary, good benefit package, flexible work hours, and good development opportunities in an international environment.
